Theoretical background: One manifestation of the use artificial intelligence technology in financial services is robo-advisory. Automated assistants are used area communication with consumers and sale products. The development robo-advisory may contribute to increasing availability cost efficiency banks’ operations. So far, however, has not been widely bank services, reasons for this can be seen lack wide acceptance by customers, among other things. Purpose article: aim paper identify barriers banks operating Poland. Variables relating demographic socio-economic characteristics were analysed. Knowledge provide a practical guideline activities aimed at wider services. Research methods: uses results survey conducted October 2020 regarding application banking sector included representative sample 911 Polish citizens aged 18–65.
